PolicyPak Cloud Services stop on machines from time to time. Why is this, and what can I do about it?

Sometimes the PolicyPak Cloud services could stop from time to time. This could be because of a conflict with other software like Antivirus, or other systems wide utility.

PolicyPak acts as part of the operating system, and sometimes other software will cause a conflict which will cause our services to stop.

Eliminating the problem usually means a lot of troubleshooting, and removing the offending software.

But another workaround could be to use GPPrefs Scheduled task item and ensure that the PolicyPak Services are always just restarted every hour, should they be clobbered by another process.

Use the attached XML and upload to PolicyPak Cloud and link to any PolicyPak Cloud group where you have the problem occur.
