The 2018 State of Windows 10 Migration Challenges Report

Ever since Microsoft announced that Windows 7 would be retired in early 2020, organizations have been anticipating and preparing for the inevitable migration to Windows 10.

For many companies, this migration is now in full swing. Which is great! That means progress is being made at the organizational level, and it also means that challenges are being faced. Which is also great, as organizations are sharing these challenges with the larger community, and in turn, finding solutions.

Our goal with this white paper is to share just that with you – the challenges, and some potential solutions. We surveyed many individuals across 500 organizations who are in various phases of their migration to Windows 10 to assess their experience, their progress, and especially their challenges. These companies represent a diverse group, considering company size, industry, and the number of users from 100 to more than 5000.
