PolicyPak + Netwrix Customer FAQ

The products you know and use will continue. There are no plans to “end of life” any of the PolicyPak products. Support will remain the same. All outstanding quotes will be honored. The PolicyPak founder and CTO, Jeremy Moskowitz, will continue to manage and help integrate PolicyPak into Netwrix, and will work with the Netwrix executive management team to help lead the PolicyPak business into this exciting new phase of operation.

PolicyPak will continue to offer its powerful products, and provide timely support and product updates to its customers. Additionally, the broad Netwrix product portfolio may afford PolicyPak customers opportunities to strengthen their data security.

In the near term, both companies will continue to operate as separate, standalone brands with the exception that PolicyPak will be known as “PolicyPak, now part of Netwrix.” Beyond that, the combined leadership teams will determine the long-term business brand, vision and strategy. This information will be communicated in a transparent and timely manner.

PolicyPak will continue to operate as before. In particular, it will honor all previous commitments, including current support contracts, ongoing projects and outstanding sales quotes.

Our commitment to servicing and supporting our customers does not change. PolicyPak customers will continue to receive the high-quality customer service they receive today through the systems and resources they currently use. PolicyPak customers will continue to contact PolicyPak support in the same way. Over time, our leadership team will evaluate how to best structure our support programs to delight our present and future customers.
